More than just a location

Experience our motto live: the Congress Park Hanau is ideally suited for congresses with up to 1,033 participants, conferences, seminars, lectures, regional and national public fairs, exhibitions, roadshows, concerts, theatre performances and many other formats. The flexible space concept makes the CPH attractive for events of all sizes — whether on site, virtual or hybrid. For online conferences, streaming events and hybrid formats, we offer excellent technical requirements and in-depth expertise for providing personalised advice.

Livestream
We would be happy to do the camera work at your event in the CPH and transmit the signals to an external streaming server. The live stream of your event can be integrated into your website or broadcast via a video platform.

Hybrid congresses and conferences
Organise live events at the CPH with a selected number of people plus additional live participants. Interactive participation is an alternative to visiting the conference location. The virtual congress or conference participants will all receive relevant information about their own hardware, and can participate interactively, for example, through surveys or votes.

Digital meeting room
The CPH provides digital meeting rooms — also as an additional format within a face-to-face event, or assists and supports you in setting up your own digital meeting room. The format is suitable for direct interaction, e.g., for coordination meetings with customers or service providers or for internal communication. 2 to 25 people can effortlessly meet in the digital meeting room and work collaboratively.

Virtual seminar
If a face-to-face workshop cannot be implemented or is not wanted, a seminar via the internet is a good alternative. Up to 1000 people can take part. For your web seminar, in addition to a suitable room, we of course also provide camera technology and our team's know-how.

Congress and conference

1000, 500 or 100 participants, conventional format with row seating, parliamentary or town hall meeting with 360° arena — this is what our rooms have to offer, and we can do it! We offer the appropriate technology for all conference formats, which of course is always up-to-date. Live streaming, multimedia, simultaneous interpretation, sound and lighting — tell us what you want, and we will advise and support you in implementing it.

Seminars, conferences, lectures

For formats such as World Café, Fishbowl or Open Space, but of course also for typically conventional seminars and conferences with lectures, discussions and working groups, you will find suitable rooms for up to 144 participants at the Hanau Congress Park. The stimulating atmosphere of our seminar rooms, excellent equipment and best technical requirements optimally support all conference formats.

Trade fair

Are you looking for an extraordinary location for a trade fair or public fair? Then the Congress Park Hanau is the right place for you. Our spaces and the surrounding foyers offer 4200 square metres of exhibition space in total, but can also be partitioned into smaller, separate sections. The CPH can be reached just as easily by public transport as by car. Exhibitors can park directly in the CPH's underground car park; there are plenty of parking spaces for visitors within walking distance.

Balls, galas, receptions, banquets

There are many occasions to organise a ball as a socially recognised event or to boost one's image. As a ballroom, the Brothers Grimm Hall is often the first choice for organisers for spring balls, proms, carnival balls and other dance events. For stylish dinner dances or festive occasions such as anniversaries, tributes or the handing over of official tasks, we also recommend the Congress Park Hanau's Concert and Theatre Hall because of its unique atmosphere. Both halls are also representative settings for banquets and are ideal for receptions with numerous guests.

Concerts, musicals, theatre and stage shows

The Congress Park Hanau's Concert Hall is acoustically designed to meet highest demands. Equipped with a large stage, state-of-the-art stage technology and an iron curtain, the Concert and Theatre Hall with up to 800 seats offers optimal conditions for any cultural format. Symphony concerts, classical ballets, musical and dance shows, theatre performances, cabarets and comedy, and much more take place here throughout the year. For chamber concerts, we recommend the Chamber Music Hall named after Landgrave Alexander Friedrich of Hesse, which can accommodate up to 177 chamber music fans.
